§ Two-day Listening Tour
In the Two-day listening tour for November 5-6, we are planning on visiting the Korakukan, the oldest kabuki theatre in existence in Japan, on the 5th of November. As everybody probably knows, kabuki is one of the great three theatrical arts in Japan, which originally began in Kyoto at the end of the 17th century. After having a Japanese style lunch at the theatre, we will make a short tour to take a look at the structure of the beautiful wooded building. Then you can enjoy a play for 2 hours (2:00-4:00PM). You can refer to the following web site (only the Japanese language is available):

On the second day of our listening tour, we are going to have sound walk in Oirase ravine (one of the 100 soundscapes of Japan) and the Lake Towada area.
We are planning on coming back to Hirosaki at 5:00 PM on the 6th of November.
(The last flight JAL1210 for Tokyo takes off from Aomori Airport at 8:45PM.)
If you need to stay in Hirosaki on the 6th as well, please state on your registration form.
